Neighborhood Health Clinic Earns Sixth Consecutive Gold Rating from National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics
Neighborhood Health Clinic (Clinic) is proud to announce it has received a Gold Rating for the sixth consecutive year from the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) Quality Standards Program—a recognition made possible through the extraordinary commitment of its dedicated volunteers.
This prestigious distinction highlights the Clinic’s ongoing efforts to maintain and execute the highest quality standards in policies and procedures across all aspects of its operations. From patient care to administrative protocols, it is the Clinic’s volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses, and non-medical professionals who bring these standards to life each day.
“The backbone of our Gold Rating is our volunteers,” said Keith Maples, CEO of Neighborhood Health Clinic. “It is through their steadfast commitment, professionalism, and attention to best practices that we are able to meet, and exceed, the rigorous criteria set by the NAFC. Together, they ensure uninterrupted, compassionate care for the working uninsured of Naples.”
The NAFC Quality Standards Program recognizes free and charitable clinics that demonstrate excellence in core areas including Administrative, Clinic/Pharmacy Responsibilities, Credentialing and Privileging Systems, Patient Care, and Risk Management Systems. Member organizations voluntarily submit documentation and attestations affirming their successful implementation of these standards.
