Honoring the real-life heroes of September 11, 2001

Remembrance was never just a date on the calendar for Dr. Bill and Nancy Lascheid, co-founders of Neighborhood Health Clinic. Every year, they held recognition of the first responders close to their hearts, honoring the sacrifices made that day. Though we lost Dr. Bill in 2014 and Nancy in 2022, the Clinic carries their tradition forward — pausing each September to remember, and to honor those who gave everything.
