Corner Park at the Clinic
Neighborhood Health Clinic has installed a permanent public art feature in its park at the northwest corner of Goodlette-Frank Road and Central Avenue. Created in collaboration with Collier County Public Schools and stained-glass artist Marija Kovac of Bel Art, the installation transforms students’ interpretations of healthcare, healing and volunteerism into a colorful community landmark.
Art instructors throughout Collier County Public Schools invited students to depict healthcare and volunteerism through original drawings. Their works featured recurring images of hearts, hands and people reaching out to help one another. The Clinic’s Board of Directors selected several designs, which Kovac interpreted in stained glass through her Fort Lauderdale-based company, Bel Art.
The completed panels are displayed within a six-foot-by-six-foot, house-shaped structure inspired by the roofline of the Neighborhood Health Clinic logo. Together, the vibrant panels create an outdoor gallery centered on compassion, service, health and healing.
“This installation is a beautiful expression of compassion, service and hope,” said Keith Maples, Chief Executive Officer of Neighborhood Health Clinic. “We are deeply grateful to Collier County Public Schools, artist Marija Kovac and the students whose creativity helped bring this vision to life. Their work reflects the spirit of healthcare and volunteerism that makes our community stronger.”
The project also recognizes the important contributions of Collier County Public Schools’ art departments, instructors and students, whose creativity formed the foundation of the installation.

The stained-glass artwork adds a new dimension to the Clinic’s park, which also includes recognition of philanthropists Candy and Bill Raveis and a tribute to Susie and Bill Johnson. Together, these elements create a welcoming public space that honors generosity, celebrates healing and invites visitors to pause and reflect.
Located along the walkable Central Avenue corridor connecting the Tenth Street Design District with Baker Park, the installation brings color and meaning to one of Naples’ prominent community gateways. It also joins a growing collection of public glass artwork throughout Naples and Collier County.
Neighborhood Health Clinic welcomes residents and visitors to experience the installation at 88 12th Street North in Naples and view the students’ enduring message of neighbors caring for neighbors.
