There are many ways you can make a tax deductible donation to the Neighborhood Health Clinic and support our mission, to deliver quality medical care to low-income, working but uninsured Collier County adults, using a volunteer professional staff.
Making a Donation
Cash/Credit - Make a check payable to the "Neighborhood Health Clinic," charge a donation to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express account with our secured donation form or make your donation by telephone with your credit card.
Stocks, Bonds and Equities - If you donate any of these items, you may be able to avoid tax, on the appreciated value while receiving a tax deduction. Forms: PDF|Word doc
Bequests - Designate the Neighborhood Health Clinic as a beneficiary in your will, trust, IRA, retirement or insurance plan.
Charitable Trust and Deferred Gifts - Establish a trust which benefits the Neighborhood Health Clinic and may provide income for you and your spouse as well as substantial tax savings.
Donations In Celebration Of - Send a donation in memory of a special friend, occasion, or anniversary. We will be happy to send an acknowledgment for the gift to the person of your choice.
